Without hesitation, we would recommend Northstar Calgary Security Systems, associated with Liberty Security. We would give this company 6 STARS if we could. Our first contact was with Jon Berry and without rushing, he took the time to ensure we understood how a security system worked and the exact features we required for our home. Additionally, Jon followed up 1 week later to inquire if we had any questions. Due to timing, we were unable to load the Liberty app and Jon volunteered to come to our home to help. It was very time-consuming for him as there was a problem with the doorbell. Actually, it was the problem of the homeowner not being technologically literate. Although Jon was running late for another meeting, he stayed to ensure everything was working correctly before he left. Our technician, Kevin, did a superior job with the installation. Very friendly and polite and ensured that we understood and were comfortable with how the system worked. He even passed on his concern to Jon that I was not home to load the App and to get comfortable with it. So very much appreciated. Many thanks to these gentlemen for a job well done.
